Christie Vessor from Smart Property has recently managed the changeover of tenant in my rental property. On the day the current tenant gave notice she was in touch, bringing me up to speed on the matter and providing an action plan to find a new tenant. She gave sound input on the appropriate rental figure and then got to work getting it advertised (that same day). By the following Saturday she had negotiated with the outgoing tenant and had arranged times for inspections. The property was quickly let and I now have a new tenant on a 12 month lease.
