Mid-Tenancy Tips:
Exhaust fan covers, Aircon and Ducted heating filters – vacuum first, if it is still dirty wash in warm to hot soapy water and only reinstall once 100% dry (especially split systems – this will increase efficiency !!!!!)
Garden Maintenance – Basic pruning, rubbish removal and mow lawns etc. (makes it easier at end of tenancy)
Curbside Bin – Hose it out with some dish soap every few months
Fly screens – remove and hose or use the shower to give them a quick clean to remove dust and cobwebs.
